A lovely experience with exceptional service.

We had a lovely time at this hotel! Our family, including our newborn baby, enjoyed the spacious rooms and the excellent location near Auckland Zoo. The Kids Eat Free offer was fantastic. it made dining easy and fun for everyone after our adventures. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which truly made our stay comfortable.

My wife says that it would be great to have more towels available in the room for larger families without needing to call housekeeping.

Our stay was fantastic! We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beautiful garden area. Just a heads up, it took a bit longer to get extra towels than we'd hoped, but overall, it was an awesome experience! 😊

The staff were friendly and helped us with late check-out, which made our day a lot easier. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, they had bacon, eggs, and good coffee, which was a great way to start the morning.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the comfort we got, it was acceptable.

Perfect Stay Before Our Flight!

We only stayed one night but it was awesome! The room was huge and comfy, and the shower felt great after a long day. Plus, we had some yummy room service dessert that totally blew me away. The only bummer was noise from nearby guests. But honestly, the food made me forget about it!
